Uni Healthcare provides therapy rooms in the heart of London two minutes away from Old Street station. Every room is furnished differently, designed specifically to provide comfortable yet professional working environment for our therapist and clients.

Terms are flexible.
Reasonable rent.

Room capacity is suitable for one-to-one counseling sessions, couples-relational sessions, family sessions (up to four people).

The rooms are suitable for talking therapies. There are a choice of couches, sofas, recliners, as well as tables and chairs.

Facilities include tea and coffee, waiting area, WiFi, parking. 

The rooms are fully equipped with boxes of tissues, and cushions.

There are toilet and kitchen facilities with complimentary tea and coffee, complimentary wi-fi in/around the room, and waiting areas.

Rooms available 08:30 - 21:30 seven days a week.

Rooms 1 and 2

Monthly rolling contract

Prepay for four hours of room rental a week.

£116 per month for hours between 08:30 - 12:30. Cost per hour is  £6.72.

£148 per month for hours between 13:00 - 17:00. Cost per hour is £8.60.

£171 per month for hours between 17:30 - 21:30. Cost per hour is £9.22.

Practice ad hoc

Pay as you go.

£14 per hour between 08:30 - 12:30.

£16 per hour between 13:00 to 17:00.

£20 per hour between 17:30 to 21:30.

Rooms 3

Monthly rolling contract

Prepay for four hours of room rental a week.

£109 per month for hours between 08:30 - 12:30. Cost per hour is  £6.32.

£139 per month for hours between 13:00 - 17:00. Cost per hour is £8.10.

£154 per month for hours between 17:30 - 21:30. Cost per hour is £9.00.

£10 per hour between 08:30 - 12:30.

£12 per hour between 13:00 to 17:00.

£20 per hour between 17:30 to 21:30.

Rooms 4 (family room)

Monthly rolling contract

Prepay for four hours of room rental a week.

£185 per month for hours between 08:30 - 12:30. Cost per hour is  £10.27.

£200 per month for hours between 13:00 - 17:00. Cost per hour is £11.11.

£220 per month for hours between 17:30 - 21:30. Cost per hour is £12.22.

£18 per hour between 08:30 - 12:30.

£21 per hour between 13:00 to 17:00.

£24.50 per hour between 17:30 to 21:30.
